"Big shout out to Brady! I mentioned to a friend at work that my insurance went up again. She provided me with Brady's contact info, but I failed to reach out. Brady stopped by work and asked for a few minutes to chat. He reviewed my current auto, home and life policies and was able to cut my yearly homeowner policy by half and save me almost $100 a month on auto, without shorting my coverage! I was relieved when I realized he was with Rob. I had Rob & State Farm before I became a homeowner and it made switching much easier. Thank you again Brady! You made the process seamless."

"I recently had an issue with a payment I had made due to a banks escrow account waiting and waiting to pay, so I paid in fear of it lapsing.
Mrs. Sparks reached out and notified me of the double payment, due to the bank finally paying and quickly reimbursed me.
I told her, yes, I'm aware I personally didn't have to pay, as I already paid it in the mortgage payment, but that I was a little ticked off at the bank for being so lax and paying at the last second or a few days late.
Mrs. Sparks gets a A++++ in my book!

"I was moved from Bulin hefley to rob. He cancelled my home insurance after telling me i needed to fix my roof trim, which i did, sent them pics and they never responded. I reached back out and was told they would get back to me a few days ago. this morning i was calling at 8:33 and they are not open even though they open at 8:30. Busch league service. I will be finding new insurance. Connie claims she never saw my original emails and said shed get back to me, no need Connie. God Bless"

"I moved all of my personal and business insurance policies to State Farm because they saved me money across the board. Unfortunately, I ran into two major issues with this office.
First, my business vehicle policy was cancelled without any direct notice. I never received a call or email, only a cancellation letter that I missed. The reason for the cancellation was that they needed an additional photo of the vehicle, which they had never previously requested. As a result, I unknowingly drove for several months without insurance coverage.
Second, when I switched my home insurance to State Farm, they double-charged my annual premium. My mortgage company sent them the check as expected, but they also charged the full premium ($1,700) to the credit card they had on file for my car insurance without notifying me or asking permission. I only discovered the charge two weeks later and had to call to get it refunded. They acknowledged it was a mistake but were unable to explain how it happened.
Because of these experiences, I don’t feel comfortable trusting this office to maintain my policies without closely monitoring everything myself. I’ll be looking for a different provider."

"They made a $220 mistake and now they are changing us for it its wrong we filed a complaint with state farm and the customer service today was horrible as of February 11th 2026 they are still doing the same shit our bill went from $200 to almost $500 no tickets or wrecks they are scamming people and will not show a break down for the bill"
