"Ashley just called me at 6:30 at night to setup a meeting to "make sure all of our needs are being met". I've asked multiple times to be taken off from unsolicited sales calls and it apparently still hasnt happened. I think ill be looking at another insurance provider."

Your choice for sure, but we do a better job for our customers when we do a quick review with them. ie. correct coverages, all discounts available, etc. We are trying to get that done for all customers in 2026. Something that we feel is critical and not something you can get with 1 - 800 insurance. We will mark you down as declining the review. "

"Dalton Black went above and beyond with his customer service! The day before Thanksgiving, he returned a call to my daughter Brianna late in the day after she told him she might be buying a car on Thanksgiving and would need insurance right away. She was purchasing the car in Chicago, Illinois and needed coverage to safely get back home to Springfield, Missouri. Dalton took the time to walk her through several options to insure two cars, and he found an excellent deal that fit her needs perfectly. Even more impressive, Dalton called her on Thanksgiving Day and completed all the remaining details after she purchased the car. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. He was incredibly easy to talk to, patient, and thorough in explaining everything. "Dalton Black stands out from the rest! He extended out to me during his holiday time to help me feel safe and secure about bringing home my dream car of 20 years! He was respectful, friendly, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and connected with me over a very exciting purchase that came down to the wire during what was supposed to be his off time. "can I just say that customer support has gone down hill so far in the country. How do I just speak to a person, not a bot, not a call tree?"
"Tom, I am not sure I understand this. I have thought about using an automated attendant with our phone system, but never have for this reason. We have 5 phone lines that all ring into the office and answered by one of our team members. If this is in reference to calling the company State Farm, I have no control over their systems. When one of us call State Farm, we have to go through the 800 number, prompts, etc. as well and we agree with that being frustrating sometimes. If you are having an issue with State Farm, we might be able to help you though. "

"After having 3 claims in a short amount of time with another insurance company BMI/SUR-SAFE they CANCELLED MY Homeowners policy 1.roof replacement (due to age and storms) 2.water line break (37yr old line) 3.food loss due to storm/eletrical outage 37 hrs. I should have NEVER filed a claim and the insurance company and agent nor staff ever said a word about possible cancelation of my homeowners policy. They wanted to charge me $5750.00 for my house insurance from $1729.29. For at least 2 years or more for being high risk. Because of the 3 claim in a short time. So I called State Farm insurance for a quote after a friend recommended them and several other friends who also had State Farm Insurance and one for over 40 years. I spoke with Dalton Black with the Rob Akers State Farm Ins. They came in so close to what I way paying on my homeowners, and Dalton got my car and truck insurance down also. It was with PROGRESSIVE. They helped me out of a bad mess and I'm very happy to be with State Farm Insurance now. Brenda"
